Products and orders

Read the product’s current description, photographs, configuration notes and included-items information before ordering. Earlier gallery photographs may show a previous strap or bezel where the listing explains a change. Contact us before purchase if anything is unclear.

Availability is limited to the stock shown. A style name, product photograph or single available unit does not establish a movement caliber, material, tested water-resistance rating or unique production history.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes and any expressly agreed additional charges are shown before payment. If a stock or listing error prevents fulfillment, we’ll contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled order.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Our Shipping policy, Returns and refunds policy and 12-month limited warranty explain the terms for ready-stock purchases. Any personalized or commissioned order needs its scope, price and delivery schedule agreed before payment.

Privacy and your rights

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.

These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The policies presented when you purchase apply to that order; later changes do not reduce an existing order’s return or warranty rights.
