12-month limited warranty

STOIC LLC provides this limited warranty for watches purchased directly from STOIC Timepieces. Coverage lasts 12 months from the original delivery date and applies to the consumer owner during that period, including a gift recipient. A transfer does not restart the warranty.

What’s covered

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the movement and defects in STOIC’s assembly under normal use. For a covered defect, we pay for the parts and labor needed to repair it, plus tracked shipping to us and back.

If a covered repair is not practical or cannot be completed within a reasonable time, we’ll offer a replacement you agree to or a refund of the purchase price. We won’t substitute a different watch without your agreement.

What’s excluded

Normal wear, scratches, cosmetic aging and routine cleaning or adjustment are not covered. Damage caused by impact, misuse, alteration or improper repair is not covered. Using an independent repairer or third-party part does not by itself cancel this warranty; an exclusion applies only to damage caused by that work or part.

Water exposure

Do not assume water resistance from a watch’s name, appearance or bezel. If the exact watch has no documented pressure-test result, treat its water resistance as untested and avoid swimming, bathing or immersion. Follow any tested, watch-specific limits supplied with your purchase.

Water-related issues need an inspection to determine the cause. Exposure to water does not by itself cancel coverage for a manufacturing or assembly defect. We’ll explain the findings before proposing any chargeable work.

How to request service

  1. Email jason@stoictimepieces.com with your order number or other proof of purchase, the watch name and a description of the issue. Include photographs if helpful.
  2. STOIC LLC will confirm the next steps and shipping instructions. Please contact us before sending the watch.
  3. After inspection, we’ll explain the findings and the proposed repair, agreed replacement or refund. We’ll ask for your approval before any work or shipping that would cost you money.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
