Returns and refunds

You can request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days of delivery. The watch must be unworn, unmodified and in the condition received, with its original packaging and every included item.

Start a return

Email jason@stoictimepieces.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll send the return instructions and destination. Please contact us before shipping anything back.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping. Use tracked shipping with suitable insurance and keep your receipt. There’s no restocking fee for an eligible return.

Wrong, damaged or defective orders

If your order arrives damaged, is the wrong item or has a defect, contact us promptly with your order number and a description or photographs of the issue. STOIC pays the return shipping for a wrong or defective order. The 14-day change-of-mind window does not limit your warranty or other legal rights.

Personalized pieces

Watches engraved or personalized at your request are final sale for a change of mind. This does not affect remedies for a defect, damage in transit or an incorrect order.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we’ll confirm the refund and return the purchase price and applicable sales tax to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional processing time.
